As a Manager of Digitalization & IT, your primary responsibility will be to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of our IT strategies. Your role is crucial, requiring a deep understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics.
Your expertise in driving reorganization and digital transformation will be foundational in guiding our customer-focused projects towards innovative futures. YOUR PROFILE​

A completed university degree, preferably with a focus on business, science, or IT

At least four years of professional experience in IT and digitalization projects

Solid knowledge in the introduction of tools and implementation projects

A deep understanding of change management and agile project management methods

Business fluent in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel

An analytical and solution-oriented personality who works in a structured manner and is passionate about innovations and new technologies
